Appoint distributors in the territories where the brand is currently not present
Carry out market recce, meeting retailers, distributors and other stakeholders such as salesman, carpenters etc. to project the market potential and provide other relevant information to the management for better decision making
Identify potential distributors for the company and carry out required follow ups/ meetings to convert the lead
Dedicate 20-22 days of touring and market visits in the territory (4-5 states) for new distributor appointment
